I hope the boys who set this kid on fire get the maximum allowable penalty for what they did. I believe they should all get the electric chair. Eye for an eye. We need to up the ante on setting precedence. Let these kids know they do something like this their lives will be over as well. Period.

We’ll be thinking about and praying for the members of the band Mercy Me along with those who lost some very dear loved ones in that car/bus crash. It’s sobering to think how every weekend somebody,
somewhere is mourning for someone lost in a tragic accident..

plenty of vegatebles i was once 220.lbs i ate lots of fruits and vegatables every 3hours and stop eating at 7pm i am now 170 and still going down all in 6 months exercise 3 tines a week no supliments

u could run,jog,walk,drink lots of water,in the simmer u could swim join a sports taem or just eat salad every day.

ok you can stop eating 3 hours before you head to bed increase water stop eating all carbs and also stop eating sugar replace sugar with fruits and get a out door hobbie

You to eat healthier foods and work out. slow situps, yoga, gymmastics, tae kwon do, tennis, pushups, etc. DON’T EVER EAT LESS!!!!!!!! YOUR BODY WILL BALANCE YOU!!! for example if you ate 500 calories in one day, your body would lose 500 calories but if you ate 300 calories then your body will lose 300 calories. It will not help. If you eat heal their foods, then it will confuse your body because after it takes out the calories, the rest of the nutrients don’t add up to your fat but to your body…hoped this helped ^^
